Netflix’s The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On returned for its fourth season with a new group of couples putting their relationships to the ultimate test. This time, the reality dating series is set in Las Vegas, Nevada, with much of the drama unfolding against the city’s luxury apartments, restaurants, and iconic skyline.
Unlike previous seasons, Netflix has not released a complete list of filming locations. However, several locations have now been confirmed through official announcements and local reporting. Here’s everything we know.
Where was The Ultimatum Season 4 filmed?
Season 4 was filmed primarily in Las Vegas, Nevada. The six featured couples either lived in Las Vegas during filming or relocated there for the social experiment, making the city a natural backdrop for the series. The show’s restaurants, nightlife, residential communities, and famous skyline all feature throughout the season.
Las Vegas also marks a change from previous installments, which were filmed in Austin, Charlotte, and Phoenix. The city offers a mix of luxury living, entertainment, and scenic desert surroundings that fit the show’s dating format.
Ariva Luxury Residences served as the couples’ home base
One filming location has been officially confirmed.
Ariva Luxury Residences, located in southwest Las Vegas, announced that it served as the primary home base for the couples during Season 4. According to the property’s official announcement, viewers can see its apartments and shared amenities throughout the series, including the resort style pool, gym, and outdoor spaces.
This is the closest thing to a “hotel” featured in the season. Unlike earlier seasons that housed contestants in hotels, Season 4 appears to have used luxury residential apartments for much of the trial marriage experience.
Is Ariva a hotel?
No.
Ariva Luxury Residences is a high end apartment community rather than a hotel or traditional resort. Production transformed the property into the couples’ temporary home during filming, allowing participants to experience everyday life together instead of staying in standard hotel suites.
Were any hotels or resorts used?
Netflix has not publicly identified any hotel or resort used during production.
While viewers will notice restaurants, bars, and upscale venues throughout the season, neither Netflix nor the production team has released an official list of those locations. Several fan discussions have attempted to identify individual properties, but none of those claims have been independently verified.
For that reason, we are only including locations that have been officially confirmed.
Can you visit the filming locations?
Yes.
Although Ariva Luxury Residences is a private residential community, visitors can still explore the surrounding southwest Las Vegas area. Many of the restaurants, shopping districts, and entertainment venues seen throughout the series are open to the public.
Las Vegas itself remains one of the easiest American destinations to visit thanks to its large international airport and extensive hotel options.
How to get there
The easiest way to reach the filming locations is by flying into Harry Reid International Airport (LAS).
From the airport:
Ariva Luxury Residences is about a 15 to 20 minute drive, depending on traffic.
The Las Vegas Strip is roughly 15 minutes away.
Downtown Las Vegas can usually be reached within 20 to 25 minutes.
Most visitors rely on rental cars or ride sharing services such as Uber and Lyft, although taxis are also widely available.
Why Las Vegas was the perfect setting
Las Vegas offers more than casinos and nightlife. It has become one of Netflix’s favorite cities for reality television because it combines luxury living with recognizable scenery.
Season 4 uses that backdrop to place couples in an unfamiliar environment while still giving them space to experience everyday routines during their trial marriages. The city’s apartments, restaurants, cafés, and entertainment districts all contribute to the show’s atmosphere without overshadowing the relationships at its center.

Automatic Collection. When you use the Services, we may also collect certain information by automated means, such as cookies and web beacons. A “cookie” is a text file that websites send to a visitor’s computer or other Internet-connected device to uniquely identify the visitor’s browser or to store information or settings in the browser. A “web beacon,” also known as an Internet tag, pixel tag, or clear GIF, is used to transmit information about actions of the user opening the page or email containing the beacon back to a web server. We are based in the United States.
