Luxury Las Vegas apartment community to be featured on upcoming Netflix reality series

Local fans of a popular Netflix reality series will spot a familiar setting when the new season premieres later this month.
The Ariva Luxury Residences, near Starr Avenue and Las Vegas Boulevard, will be featured in the upcoming season of Netflix’s hit series The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On.
The show follows couples as they face a major decision: take their relationship to marriage or move on and explore a connection with someone new.
Complex officials say the property will serve as home base for the cast.
Ariva is also known as the official luxury apartment community of the Las Vegas Raiders and the Las Vegas Aces.

Ariva℠ and its affiliates (“Ariva,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you when you visit any Ariva-owned websites and domains and the websites and domains of our parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, including ArivaLasVegas.com (collectively, the “Services”). Social Media Log-In. Social media networks operate independently from Ariva, and we are not responsible for social media networks’ interfaces or privacy or security practices. Please refer to the privacy settings of the applicable social media platform or application to determine how you may manage the interactivity between Ariva and your social media account.
Automatic Collection. When you use the Services, we may also collect certain information by automated means, such as cookies and web beacons. A “cookie” is a text file that websites send to a visitor’s computer or other Internet-connected device to uniquely identify the visitor’s browser or to store information or settings in the browser. A “web beacon,” also known as an Internet tag, pixel tag, or clear GIF, is used to transmit information about actions of the user opening the page or email containing the beacon back to a web server. We may also use third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) that collect information about use of the Services and user traffic. 9. Data Transfers.
We are based in the United States. When we obtain information about you, we may transfer, process, and store such information outside of the country in which you reside, including in the States of Iowa and Michigan respectively. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer to and processing and storage of your information in countries outside of your country of residence, which may have different data protection laws than those in the country where you reside.
