Ariva Luxury Residences is expanding its amenity offerings with the launch of Nourish, a resident-exclusive food truck designed to bring convenient dining directly to the apartment community. The new concept introduces a hospitality-inspired approach to residential living by providing fresh, rotating menu options and delivery service throughout the property, making it one of the first amenities of its kind at a Las Vegas apartment community.
The introduction of Nourish reflects Ariva’s continued focus on wellness, accessibility, convenience, and community engagement. Rather than serving as a temporary activation or special event, the food truck is a permanent, fully operated and branded amenity available exclusively to residents.
Nourish is designed to simplify everyday life while creating new opportunities for neighbors to connect. Residents can visit the food truck in person or have menu items delivered directly to their apartments or to one of the property’s many amenity spaces. Using a customized delivery buggy, the Nourish team transports meals throughout the community, allowing residents to enjoy food poolside, at outdoor gathering spaces, or from the comfort of their homes without leaving the property. The service is intended to combine the convenience of delivery with the accessibility of an on-site dining option.
The menu features a rotating selection of fresh, casual fare, giving residents a variety of convenient meal choices throughout the week. While menus will evolve over time, the concept centers on providing accessible dining options that complement the property’s wellness-focused lifestyle.

Beyond its convenience, Nourish has also become a gathering place within the community. The food truck encourages residents to meet casually, dine together, and interact with neighbors, creating opportunities for spontaneous social engagement centered around food.
Since opening in 2023, Ariva Luxury Residences has positioned itself as a resort-style apartment community offering a wide range of amenities across its 30-acre campus. The community features 754 residences with one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, as well as penthouse residences with 12-foot ceilings.
Apartment interiors include contemporary finishes, designer-selected materials, luxury wood-look plank flooring, quartz countertops, custom pendant lighting, expansive energy-efficient windows, keyless entry systems, smart thermostats, and high-end appliances.
Outdoor amenities include four swimming pools, two spas, basketball and sand volleyball courts, outdoor fire pits, barbecue areas, a great lawn, an event garden, and multiple resident lounges designed for relaxation and social gatherings. Residents also have access to a fitness center, yoga and cycle studio, theater lounge, business center, conference room, Sky Deck, and Sky Lounge overlooking the Las Vegas skyline.
Pet-friendly amenities are also available throughout the community, providing dedicated spaces for residents and their pets. Ariva also serves as the Official Luxury Apartments of the Las Vegas Raiders and the Las Vegas Aces.

This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you when you visit any Ariva-owned websites and domains and the websites and domains of our parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, including ArivaLasVegas.com (collectively, the “Services”). Please refer to the privacy settings of the applicable social media platform or application to determine how you may manage the interactivity between Ariva and your social media account.
Automatic Collection. When you use the Services, we may also collect certain information by automated means, such as cookies and web beacons. A “cookie” is a text file that websites send to a visitor’s computer or other Internet-connected device to uniquely identify the visitor’s browser or to store information or settings in the browser. A “web beacon,” also known as an Internet tag, pixel tag, or clear GIF, is used to transmit information about actions of the user opening the page or email containing the beacon back to a web server. We are based in the United States.
